Check-In Procedures

Check-in time is 1:00 PM and checkout time is 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive after 5:00 PM, please call 512-689-4906 to let us know. The Resort Valet will guide you to your site and assist in parking your coach. If you do not allow the Resort Valet to escort and assist in parking your coach you will be escorted from the Resort. After-hours check-in is available by calling the office during regular business hours to make arrangements. Please note that due to insurance and liability restrictions, check-ins are prohibited during inclement weather or after dark. For after-dark arrivals, limited temporary parking may be available next to the office with electric hook-ups (fees apply), and then a valet will be available to take you to your site the following morning.
